Role Description:
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our Business Development Department. This position offers an opportunity to gain a deep understanding of GaoTeng's products and services by collaborating with various teams to support business development. The successful candidate will gain significant exposure to our business operations and will be encouraged to generate new ideas, solve problems, and promote work efficiencies. This is a new headcount.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare sales-related materials for both internal and external use, including the company's marketing materials and pitching documents in both Chinese & English.
2. Prepare regular and ad-hoc client reports on a regular basis, including the official RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and related after-sales documents from domestic and foreign institutional customers.
3. Compile periodic sales-related reports, management information and product performance statistics for market analysis or research.
4. Handle requests and respond to enquiries from clients/business partners, support sales and marketing as well as investment in managing and maintaining good client relationships, support proactively in all aspects of sales efforts and relationship management.
5. Track product performance, cooperating with the investment team, and responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
6. Help the corporate branding communications and events.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Knowledge/Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or other related disciplines.
2. A strong interest in financial markets is essential.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and self-driven, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver timely solutions.
4. A collaborative team player who is a quick learner and can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
5. Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus).
6. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
7. 1-2 years of related working experience.
