POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Development team is responsible for end-to-end product life cycle management of all products managed by the Company.

The role requires the candidate to have an understanding of fund regulations and different fund structures in multiple jurisdictions (e.g. HK, Cayman and/or mainland China). He/she must have the ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product development and management projects are well-coordinated and efficiently implemented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The caption position is expected to be responsible for the following 2 key aspects:

Product Management
1. Liaise with internal teams and external service providers on all product changes to meet regulatory requirements, commercial demands and other on-going obligations;
2. Ensure efficient and timely implementation of fund changes and enhancements.

Product Development
1. Assist the senior in identifying market opportunities and new product ideas;
2. Assist the senior in monitoring of market trends and demand by leveraging understanding of client needs and industry practice;
3. Assist the senior in preparing the meeting material of Product Committee Meeting.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Economics, Finance, Business or other related disciplines;
2. 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the asset management industry;
3. Hands-on experience in handling different product development projects with strong project management skills;
4. Knowledge of onshore and offshore fund structure and regulation (e.g. Cayman Private Fund, Hong Kong public fund, QDLP and UCITS);
5. Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build strong internal relationships;
6. Problem-solving skills; ability to find creative solutions to complex problems;
7. Good team player, sense of ownership, strategic business thinker, self-motivated, well-organized, good project management skills;
8. Good command of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
