1. Develop and cultivate relationships with institutional clients outside of Mainland China, including but not limited to Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe, and the Middle East.
2. Maintain and enhance relationships with institutional clients, taking responsibility for fundraising outcomes.
3. Provide efficient and professional support to Portfolio Managers and adhere to client instructions at all times.
4. Acquire in-depth knowledge of industry standards, with a strong focus on due diligence procedures, anti-money laundering, and compliance regulations.
5. Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, representing the firm professionally in external engagements while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of demonstrated success in overseas sales, with a comprehensive understanding of the fundraising process (including client acquisition, roadshows, due diligence, etc.).
3. Solid experience in fund houses, family offices, or other financial institutions. Candidates with hedge fund experience and a well-established client network in regions such as Hong Kong, Europe, the United States, and the Middle East will be prioritized.
4. Highly motivated individual with a dynamic personality; proactive, responsive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment while under pressure to meet objectives.
5. Exceptional presentation skills (both written and verbal) in English are required; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
