主要工作職責:
1. Develop, implement, and continuously optimize corporate administrative policies and processes, including procurement, contract management, seal usage, and document archiving.
2. Assist in organizing and managing key meetings such as leadership team meetings; prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items to completion.
3. Manage the company's seals, authorization/signature processes, and corporate legal documents. Oversee all statutory matters, including registered address, business registration, and business licenses.
4. Lead office leasing, renovation, and relocation projects (if any), and oversee daily office maintenance and operations.
5. Prepare the annual administrative budget, monitor its execution, and control costs. Manage vendor relationships (e.g., property management, cleaning services) and office supplies procurement.
6. Optimize supplier contracts to maximize cost-effectiveness and value. Manage the procurement of office supplies and other administrative necessities.
7. Organize and oversee business reception for important guests and visitors.
8. Plan and execute employee activities, festival benefits, and contribute to corporate culture-building initiatives.
任職要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Administration Management, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an administrative management role. Experience within the financial services industry is highly preferred.
3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
4. Self-driven with strong execution capabilities, adept at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Attention to detail, high integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
6. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
7. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with strong written and oral communication skills (required for handling Chinese and English documents as well as international communication).
